Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is packed or dispatched by contacting us through WhatsApp or by dialing 7406276267. Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refunds

If you cancel before dispatch, we will refund the full amount within 3–5 working days. If an item is missing, damaged, or expired, please share a photo or video proof within 24 hours of delivery for a quick refund or replacement.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Fresh produce like fruits, vegetables, and dairy items are non-returnable once delivered, unless they are damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.

4. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.
