Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas

Kiranzo currently delivers to selected locations of Bengaluru City, Karnataka.

2. Delivery Time

Orders placed between 7 AM to 11 PM are usually delivered within 15–45 minutes, depending on item availability and traffic conditions. Orders placed after hours will be delivered the next day or when the store is open.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery of all orders on Kiranzo is free.

4. Delays and Exceptions

We always aim to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions
• Traffic restrictions
• Stock availability
• Unforeseen operational issues

If your order is delayed, our support team will notify you via WhatsApp, SMS or call.

5. Failed Deliveries

If the delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or unreachable contact number, the order will be marked as cancelled and may not be eligible for a refund.
